Arbor Care Levels

Our four levels of care let you choose the right amount of assistance at just the right time.  All our services come with dignity, respect for privacy and heartfelt caring. Our staff become your dear friends.  And they’re there when you need them.

ARBOR LIVING (view rates)

All residents receive Arbor Living services & amenities:

• Choice of apartment style with kitchenette
• All utilities except telephone and cable
• Emergency call system with 24-hour response
• Three nutritious meals served restaurant style
• Stimulating activities, social events and outings
• Scheduled medical and shopping transportation
• Weekly housekeeping services, laundering of bed & bath linens
• Free transportation to physician appointments (two days per month)
• Routine and preventative maintenance of apartment, common areas and grounds
• Round-the-clock trained professional staff
• Access to Arbor’s Wellness Program supervised by a licensed nurse

ARBOR SUPPORTIVE LIVING (view rates)

Designed for those who would need:

• Activity and mealtime reminders
• Scheduled assistance into and out of the shower twice weekly
• Coaching on daily dressing and grooming activities (shaving, brushing hair, etc.)
• Weekly laundering of personal items
• Occasional behavioral and cognitive intervention.

ARBOR ENHANCED LIVING (view rates)

Designed for those who would need:

• Continued assistance at meals (cutting meats, using condiments, etc.)
• Assistance to and from dining and other activities
• Scheduled full assistance with three or more showers weekly
• Full assistance with dressing and grooming (shaving, brushing hair and teeth, etc.)
• Support with transfers involving the assistance of one person
• Constant behavioral intervention.

ARBOR COMPREHENSIVE LIVING (view rates)

Designed for those who need a comprehensive approach to care, but not the structured environment of the Evergreen Memory Care Program. Services include:

• Medication management
• Incontinence management
