"I joined the Senior Services industry 16 years ago without realizing the joy that each day would bring. My background brings experience with the spectrum of care from skilled nursing facilities; home care ; and independent and assisted living communities. Realizing that peace of mind is important to each family member, it is my focus to ensure that each resident is treated as our own family members. I joined the West Cobb family in May of 2007, after transferring to the area from out of state. I am proud to be able to deliver the "Arbor Advantage" to each individual who has chosen to become a part of our Arbor family."

“Whenever anyone asked me what I wanted to do in life I would answer, ‘help people’ and until recently I couldn’t fully define that response. I have worked with the senior population a large portion of my life and the other portion listening to people’s stories, helping to solve problems and accomplish goals. Now, being a part of Arbor Terrace, I get to ‘help people’ every day. It is an honor and delight to have people share their stories with me as I help them find care solutions for their love ones. All this and fun too – life doesn’t get any better.”

"I joined the Assisted Living industry after moving to Georgia in 2001. My experience includes: mental health, skilled nursing; and working with catastrophic patients. Sometimes I wonder who puts a bigger smile on my face; my two children or my residents. I cannot think of a better place to work than Arbor Terrace at West Cobb."
“I have been working with dementia residents for over 15+ years. I really enjoy the senior population and cant’ imagine being anywhere else. I know working with the residents of Arbor Terrace is where I belong everytime I come to work. This is truly my passion."
"I have 20 years experience as an activity director in long term care, working with all levels of care. I came to the field with a music degree in piano and harp, then continued my education until I obtained my nursing home administrator's license. I enjoy finding ways for my residents to continue their favorite activities no matter what challenges we are facing. At Arbor Terrace we put the resident ideas and desires first. Our home like atmosphere is the best I've ever experienced!"
"I began working in Assisted Living several years ago and left after the birth of my first son. It has always been my dream to work for an Assisted Living community and I am so excited to be back doing what I love. I hope I bring as much joy to our residents here at Arbor Terrace as they do to me. I look forward to greeting our residents and their families with a smile."
"I am passionate about cooking; I enjoy creating a well balanced and nutritious meal for my residents here at Arbor Terrace. Not only is providing a healthy meal important for my residents, I also incorporate their ideas into my menu planning, giving them a sense of home. I have eighteen years in the Culinary field, and received most of my training from hands on experience. Nothing brings me more pleasure than people enjoying a meal that I prepared. Arbor Terrace at West Cobb is a great environment to do what I love most."
