Deneen is truly an Arbor Star! While the very nature of her job as a housekeeper often leads her to clean up the biggest messes, she is always found with a positive, can-do attitude, and ALWAYS with a smile! She knows the true meaning of teamwork, and will not hesitate to pitch in wherever needed- from escorting a resident from the dining room to their apartment; visiting and spending one on one time with residents; helping to prepare for upcoming activities, or performing maintenance issues, staying at the community during last year’s snow storm; or even personally caring for a resident’s dog when it was evident that the resident was no longer able to care for the dog herself. Staff truly respect that Deneen will follow through and honor  her commitments. They know that she is willing to drop anything to respond to a stated need!  She is a true asset to both her department and the community and is willing to step into a leadership role in order to ensure that service is delivered timely!
